There is a great abundance of money out there for anyone who wants a lot more
of it. Look how much movie stars, rock stars, and sport stars earn per year –
hundreds of millions of dollars – look at our senators and congressman – many of
them are worth hundreds of millions of dollars.
There are a lot of people out there who are going to try and take away as
much of your money as they can every day. Robbers, dishonest people, corrupt
people, greedy people, crooked business people, and even crooked politicians and
government leaders who should be in prison instead of handling all of our money
and spending all of their time telling us how to run our lives.
Look how the cost of living and taxes keep getting higher and higher. I’m 77
years old - when I was young I used to pay 25 cents to go see a movie. In fact,
we got 2 movies, a comedy, and what they called a short, all for 25 cents – now;
my great grandson is paying $10.00 for 1 movie. I used to rent a four-bedroom
house with a large garage and a large back yard to play in for only $37 dollars
per month, gas was only 5 cents a gallon, and haircuts where 50 cents. Prices
are always going to be going up. In the last 77 years nothing ever went down –
just up. The only way you can survive is to keep creating more income – and
that’s what this course is all about.
They don’t teach this in schools – they have courses on everything –
including how to apply for a $5.00 an hour job at McDonalds - but no course on
“The Science Of Success Achievement.” They are preparing the kids to be small
thinkers. My course is all about thinking big – and achieving big. Schools are
not spending enough time teaching students about entrepreneurship, teamwork and
harmony in human relationships, integrity, morals, respect for others, selling
themselves and their ideas to others, self-help, motivation and leadership.
The media bombards us 24 hours per day, seven days a week with negative news
and gloom. Constant repetitive talk about lack, wars, murders, rapes,
corruption, evil, recession, loss of jobs, dictators, kidnappings, drug
trafficking, and corruption in our government and corporations. This becomes
very demoralizing and unproductive. In a study done many years ago, researchers
revealed that the average person thinks approx. 10,000 thoughts per day, and
that 90% of the thoughts are negative. That means that there are 6,000,000,000
people in the world thinking 9,000 thoughts each. That comes too 54 billion
negative thoughts every day. These thoughts go out into the vast either that
surrounds us and end up seeping into our minds like a deadly, poisonous plague.
To survive, we have to stay away from the negative thinkers and joy killers.
Their influence is deadly.
What is life? Life is now! Yesterday is gone and tomorrow may never come. No
one has a guarantee in their pocket that says they will still be alive tomorrow.
Life is now! And success is – turning your now into “total fulfillment” – having
fun now, having enough money to get things you want now, having time to enjoy
your family and friends now, having time for your hobbies and recreation now,
having everything you need now to live a happy, peaceful, satisfying and more
meaningful life - now. Delay is the worst form of denial
I teach people how to become an entrepreneur and how to build their business
worldwide – without leaving their homes. The department of labor predicts that

“self.” A recent Internet poll of 25-44 year olds revealed that 90% of them
hoped to own their own business. A survey conducted by Ernst & Young found that
75% of influential Americans believe that entrepreneurship will be the defining
trend of the future. Some of the factors that have attributed to the rise of the
modern day entrepreneurial spirit are access to technology, a global economy,
corporate stagnation, and the computer.

Creating Your Own Opportunities!
There are three kinds of people in this world: People who make things happen;
people who watch other people make things happen; and people who don’t know
what’s happening. People who learn how to make things happen create their own
opportunities. Opportunities are always knocking! Are you prepared to take
advantage of and capitalize on them?

If you’re looking for an opportunity; extra money; a way to create a business
for yourself, or an abundant and more fulfilling life, here are a few
suggestions you might try:
Find A Need -- Fill It.
What do people need or need more of that they don’t have now? More money?
More time? More peace of mind? More happiness? More freedom? What will they need
five, ten, or twenty years from now? Who would have ever thought that the day
would come when we would need to know how to use a computer in order to get a
job; and with things changing so fast, we’ll have to continue to update our
skills and our knowledge or fall behind and get left out. Experts say that every
five years, about half of what they know becomes obsolete because technology and
knowledge is growing so fast that they can’t keep up with it.
Can you find a way – or a better way, to fill some of the needs of people to
make their lives easier, happier, safer, more meaningful and satisfying? If you
do, you will be rewarded and maybe even become rich and famous.
How about you? What do you want more of? Or less of? What’s missing in your
life? What do you need the most in your life right now? Make a list. Once you
know what you want, and why you want it, the how to get it will come to you.
It’s called the law of harmonious attraction. The intensity of your desire will
attract it to you.
Find A Problem -- Solve It.
What are some of the most serious problems we are faced with today that need
solving? Got any ideas? Turn on your thinking machine. Go digging for gold in
the gold mine between your ears. Become a problem solver. You could become very
successful by solving or reducing some of these problems: Graffiti, violence,
gangs, crime, white collar crime, welfare fraud, homelessness, pollution,
corruption, cheating, lying, too much taxes, the cost of living, unemployment –
the list is endless! If those are too big, pick some of the smaller problems to
solve. Make a list of all of your personal problems and then go to work on
solving as many as you can; if you get good at it, maybe you can start helping
other people solve some of theirs. Today is the day of the consultant - the
personal coach - the mentor - the problem solver. People are willing to pay good
money to someone who can advise them and help them solve their problems.
Find A Hurt -- Heal It.
So many people go through life suffering; they experience pain, loss,
hardships and struggle that seem to go on forever. We all get our share
eventually; no one receives just the sweet out of life without some of the
bitter. Can you see opportunity in this area? Can you think of a way to help
people get over their suffering, or ease their pain somehow? That’s why
Alcoholics Anonymous, Weight Watchers, Parents Without Partners, and thousands
of other organizations and associations were formed. Can you think of one that
needs to be created? Can you write an article or book that might help people?
Many writers got rich by writing a book that helped millions of people lead a
better life: The Power Of Positive Thinking by Norman Vincent Peale, How To Stop
Worrying And Start Living by Dale Carnegie. Can you create a product that could
ease or take away someone’s pain? Numerous products on the market today help
people alleviate, even correct their problems, like the hot tub idea, the
massager, Ben Gaye, the aspirin, and there will be thousands of new products in
the future developed by someone who sees the need and the opportunity. The next
great idea could come from you.
Find A Wrong -- Right It.
What are some things that are wrong in our world today that needs to be
straightened out? Do you have any ideas here? Make a list of some of the things
that bother you the most. If you had the money and power to change things, where
would you begin? Develop your plan, and keep on working on it until it is
faultless. Show your plan to others who have the same concern, get them
involved. If you need confidence that you can do it, develop it by taking
intelligent action. Begin at once – get some paper and a pencil and create your
plan.
When your plan is ready to launch, start looking for money to get the job
done. Where? Try “O. P. M.” (Other Peoples Money) – Your Plan And Time - And
Their Money. There is always someone with money who is interested in investing
in a good idea. Apply for a grant; millions of dollars of grant money is
available for an important project or a good cause.
Find A Rip-Off -- Correct It.
Every time the government, every government, or a business, large or small,
is ripped off, we all end up being ripped off; because we are then forced to pay
higher taxes and a higher cost for the services and goods that we buy. Everyone
loses, even the person who did the ripping off; what goes out eventually comes
back around, usually, in more ways than one. They will get theirs in the end.
Can you imagine what would happen if we all got on a crusade and went after
all of the rip-off artists, cheaters, freeloaders, frauds, drug pushers, and
criminals in the world and blew the whistle on them?
Or, What would happen if The United Nations took the initiative to take
charge of the world and eliminate all of these problems that everyone in the
world is forced to deal with. That’s what they were created for. Don’t hold your
breath? You can probably do something faster than they can.
Do you think that it could then make life easier and safer for the rest of
us; and even reduce the cost of living drastically so that we wouldn’t have to
work so many long and hard hours to pay for all of the damage they cause? In
addition, the stress that goes with it. The point is; problems create
opportunities. Over one million cars were being stolen every year and that
created a big opportunity for auto alarms and builders of, “The Club.” What
ideas do you have that could cut down on rip-offs?
Find A New Trend -- Get In On The Ground Floor.
Opening a video store was a giant trend, and now you see them everywhere.
What’s coming next? Maybe you can start a new trend. Look into the future. What
are some of the possibilities? It’s easy to see a new trend beginning. The next
time you see something for the first time (a new product or idea) and think to
yourself – What a great idea! Ask yourself – Could that possibly become a trend
if someone decides to push it along? If the answer is yes, go for it! How about
an inside car alarm to ring if you’re in danger from someone outside the car? Or
a wrist watch pager for your kids, so that you can reach them when you want to?
Or an alarm for their expensive bicycles? Put on your thinking cap. Come up with
some ideas.
Find An Idea, Product, Or Service You Can Improve On.
Since the plastic baby bottle was developed, babies have probably dropped
their bottles over twenty trillion times. Someone saw an opportunity in that
problem and came up with a solution – make a bottle with a grip handle. Start
looking closer at products you see all around you. Can they be made better,
cheaper, safer, easier, slower, faster, smaller, larger, or prettier? Can you
add something to it that would make it more valuable? Or take something off it
to make it lighter or less expensive? Can they be made to do more than one thing
at a time? That’s how Chrysler Corporation was formed. Mr. Chrysler purchased a
brand new automobile, drove it home, put it in the garage, took the entire
automobile apart, put it back together again, and continued to do this over and
over until he found a way to eliminate parts; bringing the cost down, while
improving the car at the same time. He eventually decided that he could make a
car just as good, if not better, than
the rest of the automakers; and so he did. We have TV sets you can wear on your
wrist; computers you can carry in your pocket; what else will we have in the
near future?
Find A Waste -- Stop It.
Every twenty-four hours somewhere in the world, forty thousand people die
from starvation; and yet there is enough food available to feed them all! Where
is this extra food? Think about it, you and I both know that we leave enough
food on our plates at the end of each meal to feed every hungry person. Or, we
can feed them with the fruit, vegetables, nuts, seeds, and herbs that we never
use, but instead, just rot in our backyards and on our trees. And if that isn’t
enough, we can always take the unused land all around the world and use it to
grow additional food. So, where is the opportunity here? How can you get the
homeowners to let you take the food from their yards that they won’t be using?
How can you cut down on the wasting of food? How can you help guarantee that all
of the free food we ship to the poor gets distributed fairly? Why haven’t all of
those brilliant people in the world resolved this problem a long time ago? Maybe
there’s a simple answer; and maybe you can come up with it. Find ways to bring
the cost of living down, or improve the economy. Find a way to give people more
for their money; cut down on the “red tape” in life; help people improve their
skills; cut down on wasted time in life; help people reduce their stress and
gain more peace of mind.
Even in times of trouble, adversity and crisis there is opportunity. Out of
every adversity in life, there is always a seed of an equivalent or a greater
benefit. It may be hard to recognize at the time, but eventually the benefit
becomes obvious; something good often comes from something bad.
The Chinese Have Two Symbols - One Stands For Trouble, And The Other For
Crisis - When Put Together, They Represent Opportunity. Our Opportunities In
Life Will Always Lie Somewhere Within Our Problems.
